P90X and Me

The following was typed up: December 20th 2009. Assume its that date when reading this and you will understand

I started P90x on September 22nd 2009 i think. I should have been done with it on the the 24th of december. That was supposed to be my 91st day. However I’m on my 67th day. As you can see thats how far behind and how many days i had missed. Every single day. 1 hour a day. Sometimes an hour and 30. 7 days a week. Will eventually wear you out and you wont want to do it. I had lost my motivation and when i moved into the new house all my stuff was thrown around so i couldn’t find the stuff to do p90x.

I’ve made the executive decision of restarting p90x completing on January 1st 2010. I should already be done with my first p90x anyway and im this far behind so it just makes sense to restart it. I would come home late from parties or whatever i was doing and just didn’t wanna work out. That late. Often times i would purposely skip plyometrics and yoga just because i hated them. I’d miss one day here and one day there and go “ohh its just one day it wont make a difference”. One day became two and so on.

So until jan 1st. I’m going to keep doing the first p90x im on to condition up for the restart. Probably finish on about day 72 but in reality about day 50 because of all the missed days.

I really love p90x. I just have to find my motivation to stick with it this time 1000% and not like 60% i was last time. I plan on doing p90x for about a year. Either restarting it over and over after 90 days or going into p90x+ then back to regular and so forth for a year.  I shall strive towards my goal as best I can. Cheer me on guys! I’ll need your support.

Edit: I finished my first P90X round April 1st 2010. No missed workouts. Everyday for 90 days. Completed. After that round I went into P90X+. Check the front page for up to date information!
