Round 2

Here is round 2. No pictues because I pretty much look the same as my end of round 1. I’m not as pleased with this round as I was with round 2. However with that being said, I’m the one to blame for not eating enough. I was taking my shake twice a day but i needed more whole foods. In round 3 I’ll try to do better.

End of Round 2, July 4th 2010. Round 3 starts July 12, 2010.

I plan on doing P90X, P90X+ for at least one year straight. So stay tuned for new measurements.

Measurements taken July 12 2010. Before start of round 3.

NOTE* These measurements were rounded to the inch or tenth of an inch

  • Weight: 135
  • Chest: 37″
  • Waist: 32″
  • Hips: 33″
  • Right Thigh: 20.3″ (measured at midpoint)
  • Left Thigh: 20.4″ (measured at midpoint)
  • Right Arm: 13″ (flexed, measured at peak of bicep)
  • Left Arm: 12.5″ (flexed, measured at peak of bicep)
  • Right Wrist: 6.5″
  • Left Wrist: 6.5″
  • Right Forearm: 10.5″
  • Left Forearm: 10.3″

Gain: 3.15 inches overall   gain compared to round 2
Gain: Weight pretty much the same as round 2

I gained 3 inches overall. Not as good as last round but this is better than no gain. As far as weight goes. That is probably my fault for not eating enough or over working myself.
